About the course
Historic parkland golf in the Mulgoa Valley beneath the Blue Mountains
Glenmore Heritage Valley is a private parkland golf course in the Mulgoa Valley at the foot of the Blue Mountains in New South Wales, Australia. Established in 1927 and redesigned in 1993 into a 27-hole complex, its Links 18 (holes 1–18) plays as a championship par 72 measuring 6,174 metres with 56 mapped bunkers, while the Valley 18 (holes 10–27) is popular with social golfers. Facilities include a driving range, putting green, pro shop, restaurant and dining, clubhouse, coaching, parking, plus cart and club hire.
Set in a quiet valley near the Blue Mountains, the course is known for a relaxed countryside atmosphere with mountain views that many players find calm and refreshing. Reviewers tend to praise the greens and overall conditioning, and appreciate the flexibility of having a comp-ready Links 18 alongside a more social Valley nine. The well-stocked pro shop, good food at the halfway hut and quality carts are regularly highlighted, as is the friendly value for money. Its 27-hole layout has a reputation for suiting everyone from beginners to experienced and competitive golfers. A few visitors note occasional inconsistencies in fairway drainage after rain and in customer service, but the general impression is positive and welcoming.
