Golfing in the Wheatbelt is country golf at its most genuine, spread across the grain-growing plains east and south-east of Perth. These are community courses kept alive by proud local clubs, and you'll often have the fairways to yourself under enormous skies.

The star turn is Bruce Rock Golf Course, a five-star-rated layout that punches well above its small-town size, while Wickepin Golf Club and Lake King Golf Course deliver the same warm welcome and good honest golf. Williams, Pingelly and Lake Grace fill out a region built for a leisurely road trip.
